AiR’s Rural Touring Support
We actively encourage and support village halls, churches, schools, social clubs, auction marts, in fact anywhere that can house a significant number of people, to stage a range of high quality professional shows, performances and exhibitions.

We’ve introduced a guarantee against                     Picture : North Country Theatre               

loss scheme to help local promoters stage

shows, providing a safety net to help venues             

develop audiences and make village venues buzz.

In addition, we can give direct help with publicity, the booking of shows, the co-ordination of print distribution etc. We can also offer training support and development opportunities for promoters to increase their skills, experience and confidence, creating a promoters network and building audiences district-wide.

Film Touring
Big screen cinema comes to community venues!

We’ve bought a high quality, portable system and have launched a touring scheme, screening a variety of films: classics, current releases, children's films and archive footage in a variety in venues - village halls, schools, churches, community centres. We are very keen to hear from local promoters or venues interested in being involved with staging such screenings.
